In the final story in the Boneless trilogy, Charlie Bone and Manfred Bloor have returned to their hometown to take a much-needed break.
But bad things happen as soon as they settle into their old lives, as Jacquelyn Ulrich (who they rescued in Boneless at Hogwarts) has resurfaced in a small German village. She sends Charlie a warning that Lord Voldemort is now targeting him in an effort to draw out Harry Potter.
Charlie knows that he and Harry had never gotten along (in fact, Harry nearly kills him and Jacquelyn at one point), but he knows that Harry must be rescued. His friends and Manfred don't agree with this and they say that Harry can fight his own battles.
At this point, a penitent Harry shows up at Jacquelyn’s
castle in Lombardi, Germany. She refuses to listen to him and claims that they
were never friends to begin with. She runs off to warn Charlie that Harry’s “repentance”
is a trick and that he should be prepared to protect his family at all costs.
Can Charlie go back to a normal life? Will Harry be stopped
once and for all? Will things in the wizarding world ever change? You’ll find
out when you read Boneless No More, the final part in the Boneless Trilogy!
Rated PG-13 for scenes of violence and language
