Here's how the Dark Lord could die:
10. His life-force is bound to the One Wand, but when Frodo and Sam take the One Wand to Mount Doom...well, you get the idea.
9. Aslan the Lion pounces on him during that one battle in the Lion, the Witch, & the Wardrobe.
8. When Harry faces Voldemort, Merry stabs him behind the knee, enabling Harry to finish off the Dark Lord.
7. While Voldemort and Harry are fighting, Anakin grabs 2 lightsabers and cuts Voldemort's head off.
6. Wormtail snaps and stabs Voldemort in the back the way Wormtongue stabs Saruman in the back. Voldemort falls off of Orthanc and gets impaled on a spike.
5. Voldemort tortures Harry and Snape grabs him by the neck and throws him down a shaft.
4. Eragon stabs Voldemort in his heart.
3. Voldemort winds up on that Island in "Lost". (well, he kind of deserved that!)
2. Voldemort winds up losing his magic and ends up with the Baudelaires on some crappy island. (ok, he's not dead there but that still counts)
...and the #1 way to kill Lord Voldemort...
1. Well, lets all say the old "I love you man" thing works and Voldemort dies because he's so evil and he can't stand being loved.

All of these possibilities (save for 2) would have been better than the crap we got in Deathly Hallows. Wouldn't you agree?
